Addendum: Extended Returns Policy (Valid from 1st November to 31st December 2025)
This addendum applies to all purchases made between 1st November 2025 and 31st December 2025.
Customers who purchase products during this promotional period will benefit from an extended returns window, whereby eligible items may be returned up to and including 31st January 2026, subject to the standard return requirements outlined in our Terms and Conditions, including (but not limited to) condition of the item, proof of purchase, and method of return.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
