3. The Promotion codes are valid for a single purchase, with no minimum or maximum value and are only valid on the Panasonic UK Store (https://store.panasonic.co.uk/) (the “Panasonic UK Store Website”).

4. In order to qualify to participate in the Promotion, Participants must purchase one of the products listed below (“Qualifying Product”) from the Panasonic Direct Website.

14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative to the same or greater value.
